Welcome to Kitchen Spark LLC (“Kitchen Spark,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or booking a cleaning appointment, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Scope of Services
Kitchen Spark provides professional cleaning services for commercial kitchens, residential homes, and office/workspaces. All services are performed using industry-approved methods, equipment, and cleaning agents. The exact scope of work will be outlined in your service order, proposal, or cleaning schedule.
2. Pre-Existing Conditions
We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property, equipment, surfaces, flooring, or fixtures. Pre-existing damage may include but is not limited to scratches, dents, corrosion, discoloration, or wear from previous cleaning or maintenance. We reserve the right to document the condition of the service area (including photographs) prior to beginning work.
3. Chemical Use and Safety
Kitchen Spark uses food-safe cleaning chemicals and sanitizers that comply with applicable health and safety regulations. All products are applied in accordance with manufacturer safety guidelines and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
It is the Client’s responsibility to inform us of any:
Sensitive materials or surfaces
Known allergies
Restrictions on chemical usage
We are not liable for discoloration, material damage, or surface wear that occurs from the proper application of approved cleaning products or the removal of accumulated grease, mold, scale, or buildup.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area, including adequate water, electricity, and ventilation.
For commercial kitchen cleaning, equipment must be turned off and cooled prior to service.
For residential home cleaning, access to all areas scheduled for service (including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas) must be provided.
For office & workspace cleaning, clients must ensure safe access to workstations, shared areas, and any secured zones scheduled for cleaning.
Hazards such as wet floors, unstable structures, or sharp objects must be addressed by the Client before service begins.
5. Payments and Cancellations
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Any outstanding invoices not paid within [7] days may result in service suspension or collection action.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kitchen Spark’s liability for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for that specific service. We are not responsible for loss of business, downtime, or consequential damages resulting from commercial kitchen, residential, or office/workspace cleaning services.
7. Service Guarantee
We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the concern promptly.
8. Photos and Media
Kitchen Spark may take before-and-after photographs of service areas to document cleaning results. These photos are primarily for internal quality control and service verification.
With the Client’s written or verbal approval, Kitchen Spark may also use such photographs for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and printed materials. At no time will photos be shared publicly without the Client’s approval.
9. Complaints
We value your feedback and strive to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. If you have any concerns or complaints regarding our services, please contact the owner directly at:

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and reviewed in good faith to provide a timely resolution.
10. Changes to Terms
Kitchen Spark reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within Collin County, Texas.
