A: Yes! Kitchen Spark is fully insured and bonded. This gives our customers peace of mind knowing their home, office, or commercial kitchen is protected while our team is on site.

Q: What cleaning products do you use?
A: We use industry-approved, food-safe cleaning agents and sanitizers. All products comply with health department standards and Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Eco-friendly options are also available upon request.

Q: Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
A: Not necessarily. As long as we have secure access to the property, our team can complete the cleaning and provide visual proof of service afterward.

Commercial Kitchen Cleaning

Q: What’s included in a commercial kitchen deep clean?
A: We clean stoves, ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, sinks, hoods / filters, walls, and floors. We remove grease and grime buildup, sanitize food-contact areas, and leave your kitchen inspection-ready.

Q: Will cleaning disrupt my business operations?
A: We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to minimize downtime for your restaurant or facility.

Q: Can you help me prepare for a health inspection?
A: Absolutely. Our team specializes in preparing commercial kitchens to pass inspections with confidence.

Q: Do you offer recurring service plans?
A: Yes. We provide custom packages for Daily, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly cleanings to keep your kitchen consistently safe and spotless.

Residential Cleaning

Q: What’s included in a standard residential cleaning?
A: Our residential services include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, and general surface polishing. We also offer deep cleaning add-ons for ovens, refrigerators, and baseboards.

Q: Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
A: No. We bring our own professional-grade cleaning products and equipment. However, if you have preferred products, we are happy to use them.

Q: Can I customize my cleaning package?
A: Yes. We offer flexible packages to match your needs, whether it’s a one-time deep clean or recurring service.

Q: Are your services safe for kids and pets?
A: Yes, we use food-safe, non-toxic cleaning products. We do ask that pets and small children be in a safe space while our team is working for efficiency and safety.

Q: Do you allow pets during cleaning?
A: We love pets and always greet them with care and kindness. However, for everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask that:

  • A pet owner is present during the first service.

  • If your pet will be home alone, we must have been properly introduced to them in a prior visit.

  • Our cleaners must feel comfortable working around your pet before servicing your space without you present.

If these conditions aren’t met, we may need to reschedule your cleaning to a later time when the guidelines can be met.
